Due to the nature of Subaru Engines, GCH Long Block Racing products and services are sold without warranty of merchantability or fitness of purpose, expressed or implied. GCH Long Block Racing shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replaced goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and/or result from the sales, installation, or use of these parts.

Some payment options are subject to a convenience fee. Out-the-door prices vary by package. Sales tax, shipping, and core returns may apply.
Most builds require a card security deposit, which the remainder of your invoice will be paid through one of these 3 options depending on invoice amount and value risk factors which are: Quick books Via Bank Transfer, Bank Wire Transfer, Zelle, or cash if in person is accepted.
Security Deposits start at $500 may change according to purchase amount (goes towards build) *** NOTE, the security deposit with or without upgrades is NON-REFUNDABLE due to us ordering the parts, getting started with labor and choosing cores to work on to ensure the fastest lead time. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped the day after they are completed.
Shipping time varies by shipping company and destination.

Orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks of their completion. Consult tracking numbers for details and up-to-date information. These time frames are estimates, and the courier is ultimately responsible for package delivery time.
CORE/RETURNS
Because all our pieces are made on a custom build-to-order basis, everything we make is customized to your machine. Right after your purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We order, parts, and pieces to start and finish the build. Because of this, returns are limited to cases of mismatched engines, heads, or short block castings. If you have any questions about your engine we made for you, please refer to your disclaimers, and our FAQ's.

As makers of these engine packages, we hold the right to recommend an alternative mechanic to better suit the needs of the crucial install and or maintenance of these high-performance Subaru Engines. In the case of disputing an alleged defect, or anything of concern of the engine we built, the customer may contact us where we can help them diagnosis their engine, thereafter we may approve customer to send us back the engine in the exact way we shipped it out, customer will take care of all expenses for bringing it back or shipping it back to us for a free inspection of the customers engine, which he covers shipping it back to him if using shipping.

*If there is evidence of anyone tampering the engine we built without our consent, we have the right to refuse it back at all and or deny any help at all.

Core Deposits: We charge a *Refundable Core Deposit when shipping our rebuilt core first.* Refundable based on how much damage we find with your core(s)**To and from shipping applies in this core exchange program or customer may choose to ship us their core(s) first. Core Deposit price may change due to demand and availability ***ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to us ordering the parts and starting the labor process along with dedicating and machining cases and or heads in the assembly line.

FOR CORE RETURNS: If you would like to use our "Core Return Shipping Method" let us know upon time of invoice and we will give you 30-days to send us back your old core which must be received exactly what we send you on castings and parts wise internally and externally, within that 30-day mark in order to be *eligible to receive the core return refund.
Failure in providing us your core within the 30 day period will result to late fees and/or loss of core credit/deposit, reason for this policy is due to lack of supply in this field. * Core must be rebuildable and in cosmetically decent conditions. Any damage will go against the core deposit, we charge based on damage and/ if the structural component can support any repairs.
Storage Fees for unpaid invoices may apply, GCH is not responsible for any left over parts the customer left or sent over. After 30 days of of unclaimed or unpaid invoices the product, parts or anything left over may become abandoned property in order to keep our facility organized.
