1999-2004 SOHC Long Block (EJ251)
We have three generations of engineering and craftsmanship in the field of stock and high performance machining and building.
Everything is built in house, and our team has control over what leaves our shop.
Each block goes through our rigorous inspection from start to finish, and we measure and inspect everything inside and out to make sure we are always within perfect tolerance levels. Our team makes all needed adjustments.
Thoroughly cleaned by Jet Wash, with a hand cleaning, pressure wash, and high pressure oil galley deep cleaning
Block and heads resurfaced
Cylinders bored to each piston lay out
Crankshaft ground on index to better than OE tolerances for clearance
Connecting rods reconditioned to better than OE-specified tolerances
Cylinder head valve guides are reconditioned to better than OE specified tolerances and valve seats 3-angle machined
All “wear” parts like pistons, rings, bearings, and gaskets replaced with new
All parts meet or exceed OE specs
