Each block is custom-rebuilt, machined, inspected, and multi-step cleaned and assembled in-house using new stock aftermarket pistons, rings, reconditioned rods, rebuilt or STD balanced cranks, new aftermarket main and rod bearings.

The parts we use have a compression safe stock OEM spec with overall longevity and higher output rating than factory.

We have three generations of engineering and craftsmanship in the field of stock and high performance machining and building.

Everything is built in house, and our team has control over what leaves our shop.

Each block goes through our rigorous inspection from start to finish, and we measure and inspect everything inside and out to make sure we are always within perfect tolerance levels. Our team makes all needed adjustments.
New OEM Anodized and MOS2 coated pistons. They all come with a stronger #1 ring land and upper chrome-alloy rings. They withstand more heat and pressure than standard pistons, and they increase the performance of the engine. Each piston gets its own custom PTW clearance in-house to insure perfect clearances each time.

MOS2 Coated Piston. Reduces the friction between the piston and the cylinder wall. Aids piston movement when the motor oil is hardened and helps conserve motor oil.

New OEM Spec Wrist Pins and Locks.

New Main and Rod Bearings. In our experience, these bearings always have perfect tolernaces and clearances. Their alloy material stands up against wear and tear better than factory bearings.

New/Rebuilt Balanced Crank with perfect clearances.

Completely Seasoned Case Halves. These go through our rigorous inspections and internal cleaning methods.
